National X-ray Digital Imaging Instrument Center Laboratory

In 2009, with the approval of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the National X-ray Digital Imaging Instrument Center was established relying on the Institute of Applied Electronics. With the support of the National Defense Science and Industry Administration and other units over the years, several sets of different types of testing equipment have been developed, covering the energy range from 160keV to 9MeV.

The center has multiple sets of industrial CT and real-time imaging systems, which fully cover the ray energy from 10kV to 9MeV, which can meet the needs of all-round X-ray imaging, and can develop and customize special industrial CT systems according to imaging characteristics.

◆ One of the earliest teams engaged in X-ray imaging technology research in China;

◆ "National Team" for X-ray Digital Imaging Detection - the supporting unit of the National X-ray Digital Imaging Instrument Center;

◆ At present, the only platform in China that can provide full-energy range ray detection capability.

The center has more than ten patents and software copyrights in CT system design, accelerator development, reconstruction and correction algorithms, etc. The center has participated in the formulation of many national and industry standards, and has strong technical accumulation.

◆ The main performance indicators of the system have reached the international advanced level, the main core components are localized, and they have complete intellectual property rights;

The detection size covers 0.5mm~1500mm; the highest detection accuracy can reach 0.6μm (225kV); the maximum detection thickness can reach 380mm equivalent steel (9MeV).
